Hi.

My name is Zoe Marshall, I'm an over sharer and media personality.

Over indulged? The secret to getting back on track.

This weekend I ate a lot!!! I loved every mouth full and have no regrets.. But now its time to even it out. Friday night I ate at Mr Wongs, Saturday I had a risotto and then had lots and lots of hot chips and yesterday I had a delicious pasta for lunch and then over indulged at Alpha (incredible) we had lots of cocktails and naughty food which was followed by lots of dancing which then led me to have a 2nd dinner at 1 am at Golden century! It was fabulous... But all naughty things must be balanced by healthy things so I am back at it with a little help from these guys.

A good friend of mine introduced me to Work out meals.

I am the first person to put up my hand at being lazy when it comes to prepping for healthy meals. All fit people will tell you that "Preparation is the key to success" and work out meals makes it sooo easy.

Jess (who introduced me) is a body builder and I am not (OBVIOUSLY) but I love to be healthy and after a big weekend of eating its time to get back on track. I love convenience so I looked into what Work out meals and Charlies Balls (The perfect sweet but healthy treat)  had to offer.

This food is definielty for the super fit, health conscious and time poor or the lazy over eater like myself. Work out meals are fabulous! You get your order in by Thursday and they have two days they can deliver on. The options for meals are all mix and match to your hearts content.

You choose your protein which is all lean (suits me, I hate fat on my meat) and you order it all in weight. I have no idea what 100gms of chicken or 200gms of chicken looks like? All I know is I have a huge appetite so I ordered their medium sized meals and I couldn't finish it! But then I ordered the small and was STARVING! So I have decided its best to get the medium rather than order the small and end up snacking on empty calories after dinner.

My favourite choice of protein is the chicken and pork meatballs (so delicious) but all the meat is lovely and well seasoned. The veggies are fresh and don't get over cooked when re-heated and the carbs (I choose rice or sweet potato) is cooked to perfection.

These peeps have figured out how to create incredibly lean delicious meals.

The bonus is they are cheap. Each meal costs roughly 10 credits which equates to $10 p meal. Less than anything you can grab on the run for lunch that isn't totally carb and fat loaded.

The other upside is no grocery shopping, cooking or washing up. Dont get me wrong I love to cook but sometimes its nice to have a prepped lunch ready to roll or even something in the fridge thats healthy when your hung over.

The food is all fresh not frozen and you just pop it into the fridge until ready to eat.

I have tried many quick fixes for food and these are by far the best for weight maintenance, conveneieve and cost efficiency.

Sweets Anyone? Charlies balls are heaven sent!

A lovely way to end your meal or to satisfy that 3 pm craving for sugar! Charlies balls are a sweet healthy treat that actually tastes naughty so you don't feel like you have to reach for the chocolate. My favourite flavour is the Chocolate nut, they also come in Cranberry and Coconut and Vanilla Pecan (also amazing). The best part is they are full of whole food ingredients and no rubbish like a lot of other "Healthy" treats that are full of chemicals and crap. They are also Gluten, Dairy, Refined Sugar, Preservative AND Guilt free.

Clean Treats is a relatively new business that has grown rapidly due to the popularity of #charliesballs.

The brand was launched only 8 weeks ago and is progressing rapidly with over 36 stockists nationally.

The reason they are taking off is that they are full of goodness! An example: the Chocolate nut contains 6 ingredients only: Medjool dates, Almonds, Coconut, Dutch Cocoa, Coconut oil, Vanilla.

You can purchase your #balls here: www.charliedehaas.com.au for only $2!!!!
