Cos Lettuce

Avo

Cucumber

Caps

Baby tomato

Grated carrot

Sicilian olives

Pomegranate

Mint 

Coriander

Roasted Almonds

Roasted seeds

Fermented Veggies like Saurkraut

Dressing: This is a secret recipe and my only salad dressing.

1 part seeded mustard

1 part dijon mustard

.5 part honey

Balsamic and good quality olive oil

Shake all ingredients, top with dressing and voila! The best salad ever.
