This is one of Nat's super fertility smoothies.
Makes one large smoothie. You will need a handheld or bench-top blender.
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 tbsp maca powder
1 cup frozen berries
2 cups your preferred milk or coconut water
Blend all ingredients until smooth, transfer to a glass and enjoy. A meal for any time of the day and an easy way to have a serve of protein if you’re in a rush.
