Since I did my massive detox about 6 months ago I have been kinda relaxed with my exercising and eating. I am generally a good eater and will have macca's once in a blue moon and a couple of pieces of choccies with the girls once a week. I don't starve myself and there is no bingeing but I do like to relax the eating sometimes and I think that is healthy. Exercising has been a challenge. I was bored with my work outs. My music list was stale and I needed motivation.
Well now I have it. I am going away overseas and in 26 days and there will be bikini moments. I don't want to lose weight but I do want to tone and also feel energised. So I thought, tomorrow (like all diet and excercise fads) will start tomo!
But I am declaring it to you all and now I have to commit well at least try and if I fail I can share it with you all too.
So first things first.
Walk Mila for an hour a day (weather permitting) everyday
as well as
Mon: Pump class
Tues: Spin Class
Wed: Power Yoga
Prepare most meals
Breakfast choices: Egg white omelette with mixed veggies
Oats with berries and rice milk
Miracle noodles with Tofu and veggies
Brown fried rice
Grilled salmon with steamed Asian Greens
Healthy hot choccie
Japanese - Sashimi/edamame/miso soup and brown rice
Thai- Chilli Basil fresh Tofu less oil
Mind: Meditate for 5-10 mins a day THIS IS A CHALLENGE FOR ME.
Day one tomorrow wish me luck! I am hungry already.
Oh and only 1 glass of red wine 2 a week.
